Keinzle Wurtemburg vintage Bracket
pendulum and chime clock
This is a German make clock, made from heavy wood not sure what type, measures approx 13.5 inch's tall by approx 8 inch's wide, depth is approx 6inch's.
This clock has a swinging pendulum and it chimes on the half hour and hour. It is a wind up clock and comes with a key
It has been wound up and tested see video link below.
Has some slight wear due to age though the front the 4 ferrel brass decorations on the pillars each side of the clock are unpolished.
It has some very faint writing on the back of the clock by my Granddad, but most of it is faded.
the front clock face opens out and back opens up. It comes with the key to wind it up. we think it last for about 8 days.
We have no idea when the clock was made, we know it's at least 40 years old as it was at my Grandmas when I was a very young kid, my Dad can't remember if it was there before or purchased by his parents, after he moved out in his late teens.
